Photos or scans of agarose gels, SDS-PAGE gels and western blots in PNG, JPEG, TIFF or HEIC, up to 20 MB. A straight, evenly lit image with the wells at the top works best.
In the ladder step, pick the lane your marker ran in and choose a ladder or type the band sizes yourself. Drag the marks onto the matching bands and the figure draws a labelled molecular-weight axis beside the gel.
Yes. Use crop to cut out the strip you need, or several strips from the same image, and place them side by side in one figure with their own lane labels.
No. On the public page your image is processed in the browser and kept only for this tab session. It is not saved to an account; close the tab and the figure is gone, so export it first.
